help! simple remedy for yeast infection?

well i hear hot water kills yeast but it realy depends where it is also if you soad it in vinegar or some other acidic chemical that should desolve it

I knew a gal who used plain yogurt for yeast infections. She would put it in her while laying down. I havn't tried that. I used to get them a lot when working. I used to wear tight clothes...that is not good. Also I used to wear underpants to bed and the doctor said not too...let it air out. I used to douch with vinegar & water after sex and after my periods. Have you bought over the counter suppositorys for yeast infections yet? The seven day ones worked for me. Now they advertise 1 and 3 day ones. I hope this helped you.
