I am sure that I am not the first person to ask about this. I have depression and stress and am very susceptible to stress due to the depression that I have. I used to think I just needed to lift myself out of it, but now I am starting to wonder if I need professional help. What can you tell me about herbs for depression and stress?
There are a few very well known herbal "cures" for depression. They do work, for some people. But if you are feeling like you seem to be feeling from your post, then I would think therapy should be your next step. I strongly feel therapy is much better for many people with depression than medication, even herbal medication.
