Can anybody help? I have noticed there is a lot of numbness in my right upper arm. I am not a doctor, but I don't have to be a doctor to work out that my numbness is caused by spending too much time at the computer. I have heard there are herbs to help with feelings of numbness in the limbs. Which herbs are they?
