Hello Everyone. I am a college student and I sort of rubbed my penis on this girls stomach for like 5 minutes. Can I get HIV from stroking my penis on her stomach? I dont think she has any other disease but i am not sure if she has HIV.

Ok, you're a college student, you should already know the answer to this question. HIV can be transmitted through bodily fluids: semen, vaginal fluid, and blood, there is a possibility it is transfered through saliva but that hasn't been 100% proven. And as for, "I'm sure she doesn't have anything else", so you know herpes is mostly asymptomatic and can be caught by rubbing skin together in the boxer short area. So why don't you be safe no matter what you do, do some research before you start sexual endeavors, and make sure that you and all of your partners get tested before any intimacy begins. With that information, the possibility you caught HIV from that event is next to zero.
