I have had chronic hives for the last 2 months (everywhere on my body every
day). I saw my Dermatolagist at Kaiser and she did a skin biopsy on one of the
hives on my hip and it just came back saying I had Mastocytosis/Telangiectasia
macularis eruptiva perstans, a rare skin disorder apparantly.
Has anyone heard of this? I also get the swelling of the lips. I'm so tired of taking Bendry..nothing works!
Sh also wants me to start taking Prednisone for 10 days to knock out the hives.
Any suggestions?
