hole in scrotum after zit

Ok, so 2 days ago i woke up with a pretty big zit on my ball sack... yesterday night it was really red, and hurt very bad, so i popped it... alot of white stuff came out like with a normal zit and so on, eventually it was all out and it just left a little blood and when it stopped i cleaned it and i went to bed. now i woke up this morning, and there was a little bit of white stuff still on my sack where i popped the zit, so i cleaned it, and took the white stuff off, but it was still a bit in the place where my zit was, when i pulled it all off and cleaned it i noticed that now i have a little hole in my sack ?! its not bleeding like a normal wound would, its just a little hole in my skin, but when i put pressure on the sides, blood comes out, so it is open... what do i have to do?? im scared :(

P.S. please just answer my question, if you have the same thing, or something similar, make your own post or wait for this answer. i have E-mail notify on, and wouldnt like it if i get noted and its just someone asking the same thing...
