I have been trying to loose weight for more than 5 years now but I have to admit that I was not being able to control myself when it comes to diets. So I am in the medication phase now and it also did not help much. I have even tried homeopathic remedies but it seems that those have some side effects after all, so I stopped using them. What should I do next?
Well, you should be a bit more patient and bit more determined. No matter what choice you make, you have to see it to the end. Perhaps you should try with some combining of the diet and exercises. Of course, diet must not be rigorous and you should not exaggerate with exercise too, at least in the beginning. Try with this, it might help...
