I've read all the topics about ingrown hairs, and what i have sounds like that.. but i want to check..
I started off with about two itchy ingrown-hair looking sores on the outer lips of my vagina, and they started getting p***y and insanely itchy. That was yesterday, and today I have about 6 of them starting to come up? One of them had a very thin layer of skin which i popped and puss came out.
I haven't been having sex so I'm pretty sure it's not an STD.
Can someone please help me.. I'm considering going to the doctor's, but thought I would try here first.

soundslike ingrown hairs. especially if you shave but if its itchy and dont wanna go to the dr free clinics are an option. no one will know and theyll tell you if its curable or treatable. dont think its anything to worryabout unless an odor comes of it.
I too had this problem. Go in and get tested for herpes. (They assured me that it was just ingrown hairs, however the test came back positive.) The rapid increase of them sounds a lot like herpes (not to scare you) and the puss also sounds like it. Do they look like blisters before they burst? Try not to touch them and go in ASAP so they can test the sore itself (it's much more accurate than a blood test). Good luck (sorry if I scared you but it's better to know than worry).
