I have had a hot heat sensation around my thighs, scrotum, and testicles. Sometimes my penis feels a little hot too. I've felt this radiating sensation for the last month.
Has anyone experienced this weird heat sensation? I've visited my urologist and GP. Have had numerous STD and HIV tests performed. All tests have been negative! Their conclusions, it's a result from anxiety and stress. How can this be? I'm not making this up in my head.

Yeah, I've got this too. It's been six months for me here. Doctors can't explain this, all STD tests came back negative for me as well. I think this is probably micoplasma genitalium which is a very resilient infection. Been taking different antibiotics but none of them helped. I just started to look into natural remedies now.
