how big is my penic suposed to be im 13 and it is 3.5" and when will it grow im terning 14 in 2 mounths and iv hit pouberty

3.5 is good for 13-14.
Some guys get big early, others late. It is growing, but we can't say how big it will get or when it will get that big.
Everybody develops at different rates/times. Don't compare yourself to others.
