hi, im 12 years old and i weigh 60kg/132pounds i am sick of my weight i keep getting fatter every time. my mom took me to the doc to check if anything's wrong and the doctor said i should loose this weight or else my weight is going 2 be heavy on my legs and may not able to move, in my class im the smallest one (in age) and the heaviest one plus i live in the middle east so it's pretty important 2 look ur best at weddings and my cousin's wedding is coming up and all thats not nice about me is my wieght and my shape i went shopping and no dress fits me i only wear baggy pants and baggy t-shirts and my sis wears all the dresses and i just cant stay like this i need help so all im asking is to get me a diet plan/excersise plan cuz i tried every thing and i need advice pleese im begging and dont just say im too young to worry about my wieght i just need help. :'(

Hi, i think the thing you should do if you want to loose weight is to find a physical activity that you like. Some sport for instance, like basketball, volleyball, tennis, running , swimming or anything you like. Once you decide what you can do as a physical activity you are half way there. I would not recommend any diets or pills, those are not good for you. Just exercise 1 hour per day 3 times a week and you should loose weight in no time. Keep in mind that the more you exercise and the more time you spend on physical activity the more weight you will loose. Keep eating as much as you eat now, just eat more fruits and vegetables. One other thing you could do is to avoid eating after 7pm, that helps a lot.

Thans but how do I loose weight in one week cuz I'm not really fat, most dresses are my size but I feel I'm eating too much. What do I do?
