im 13 years old and weigh 136 pounds. i am kinda fit and good at sports, but i have a big stomach and i want to find a way to lose and trade it in for muscles.

My suggestion: wat if im trying and i am but now the scale wont move no more wat can i do
Don't eat junk (or cake, candy, chips, ect). Do exercising programs, or yoga. And be sure to drink at least 6 8oz. glasses of water a day. That'll help even faster. And be sure to stay active like the guest said. Ride your bike, take a daily walk. That should help. Even swimming will help. Don't flop down in front of the TV like I usually do. I used to do that. And don't try not eating, because it's very horrible. Try going on this diet called weight watchers. I lost 1lb a day when I was on it. Eat more fruits and veggies, and try to control the portions you eat. Let me know if you need any more help, because I'm happy to help. I was in your shoes once.

hi im dealing with the same problem u have i am 13 n weigh 490 i eat every 5 mins i just cant stop eating my boyfriend weighs even more then me together all we do is eat i neeeed help i cant even kiss him hes to big ! help me i eat for breakfesst...
4 slices of pizza
8 bowls of ceral
i plate of spagetti
a triple cheese burger*my favirot
and a quart of juice
kae .. to start ur eatingg wayyyy to much and too often eat only 3 times with a little snack with lunch ill just edit wat u eat examine:
u eat 4 slices of pizza i say for breakfast egg white (1) with a little orange juice and apple slices
u eat: 8 bowls of cereal omg!!!! well not here to judge but umm instead of eating stretch and go out to jog like 1hr im and drink lots of water like 6 8oz of glass u and ur bf are too yung to eat like thiss u guys have too much to live for cmon ur better then this well u eat plater of sphagetti for lunch this is good but like 10 string s of sphaggeti with tbs f sauce and a litlle bit of steamed broccoli after this do as many sit ups for 1 hr
ok now u eay tripple cheese burger eats a salad wit shrimp and a lil bit of sauce teaspoon so thats it for u and workout b4 u sleep again email me **
