there are times that when i ejaculate or having sex i notced that there are only a few sperm coming out from me. do i have a problem? how can i increase the volume of my sperm? does it mean a few sperm coming out from me is low sperm count?

No, it does not mean low sperm count.
You don't say how old you are, but the presence of sperm in the semen that is ejaculated is only detected with a microscope. There would be no way for you to see how much is present without a test.
You are probably saying that you don't have a large volume of semen coming out. That could be true for a number of reasons, including frequent masturbation, young age, or lack of fluid intake.
There's not much you can do to increase the volume you ejaculate, except, lay off the sex for a few days. After two weeks of the abstaining, your body will want to eject the extra sperm and you'll have a "wet dream". That's about the most that you can expect to get at any one time.
