Hello!
I am a size 10/12 (UK sizes) and have a very large bum (which I'm proud of) but it isn't toned at all. It wobbles when I walk and my upper back thighs have cellulite so I get very self conscious in a bikini.
How many times a week would you recommend I do the 6 minute brazlian butt lift workout? I don't want to decrease the size of bum also, so will this make my bum smaller?
