Hello, dex.

Because this is very effective workout and last for only 10 minutes per day, you can do it six days a week. You can exercise 3 days, then pause on Wednesday, and six more, or you can make pauses on Sunday, working out Monday-Saturday.
Time of day isn't important, but I encourage people to exercise in the morning.
