Average for an adult is 5 - 5 1/2".
Short of surgery, there is no way to lengthen it. At best you'd gain about an inch with the procedure but your penis would be very "floppy." They basically change how it attaches to your body.
If you looks in many places on internet, you will surely find someone who has enlarged penis with good results. But you will find a lot more men who got penis and sexlife ruined.
All surgery has risks, infection and impotence. It's better with a short, hard penis, rather than one that might be 5-6 cm, 2 inches, longer, but soft.
