I think I am small. Not high enough, my arms are like those of a child, and sometimes I can't bare to look at myself. What kind of routine should I use to get my body bigger but toned?


The method is virtually the same for all of us, whether we want to get bigger, stronger and muscular or sleek and toned. First thing is getting routine of some physical activity as lifting weights, aerobic, hiking, cycling indoors or out, walking, jogging..... anything we like. Three times a week for about 20-40 minutes is good enough. But not good enough without healthy food. Food has essential nutrients that help ours immune system strong.
Balance two of those important things will sure lead you to better body, and better self confidence.
