i am 20 years old boy,now my weight is 49 and height is162cm.i know well its not correct weight for my age&height.so now i want to idea&information about improve my body weight,pls give a correct idea
Never worry about it, start eating healthy diet. It will help you in maintaining healthy weight. Eat whole natural foods, especially dairy foods, eggs, milk, meat, veggies and fruits. Never skip your meal especially your break fast. When you follow these simple rules, you will experience positive results. Do some good physical workout.
