This may sound crazy but I highly recommend using Binaural beats or Affirmations.
These beats work! There are many of them for breast enlargement as well. I have used them with great success, the trick is to listen with headphones or in you car.

Please explain how you learned to make them more sensitive.

I seem to have lost sensitivity, when I was young my nipples were always hard and very sensitive, a slight breeze would turn me on, rainy days, cold days you name it.. I'm turning 39 soon and have very little sensation there, I'm not sure what has caused it but I find it to be very frustrating. Is this effects of aging? damage from one too many brutal winters, or maybe there's something wrong?

Same thing has happened to me. I just happened to notice 5 yrs post menopause: one, my nipples seemed to have darkened somewhat, then subsequently I noticed the sensual sensation was gone! In the past it was so pleasurable to have my breasts/nipples stimulated. Direct, almost electrical line to vagina. It was always something I enjoyed. Now, while they react physically to stimulation & their shape hasn’t changed, there’s zero sensation. None. It’s driving me crazy. I’ve asked my doctor & she says she’s never heard of that happening, no idea why. Was hoping you may have heard something. It’s so frustrating.

Odd having little to no sensation most of my life, then I bought a very light weight wooly top and accidentally touched my nipples, wow. Now I can't leave them alone when walking around the house and garden. I'm sure someone will see me eventually but still I cannot stop running my finger nails over them constantly flicking them. I wish they would stay perky all the time. I found this site while looking for a way to increase the stimulation higher?

An inverted nipple is exactly what the word means, Inverted. Upside down. Inside out. Your nipples are pointing the wrong way. Lots of girls have this but they pop out when aroused. I am a man, ,66, I only ‘discovered’ mine about five years ago. I can not describe the pleasure. Ten times more intense then ‘down there! My eyes roll back in my head. Sometimes they ‘call me’ when just sitting around, demanding to be played with. Where has this been all my life?? Maybe it’s God’s plan because many men lose the lead in their pencil. To me, that is mind boggling, I mean, how?? How can that not feel great and get hard as a rock?? I think it’s boredom with the same woman?? Not turned on anymore? I would never take a pill for something nature has taken care of with all the big, beautiful women out there? Sorry, are your nips sensitive, do they give you pleasure, if they do, don’t worry about it, if not, make that cream the girls spoke of. Good luck.

I will try the fenugreek but I don't really trust that it'll work. My nipples were sensitive at the beginning, they started to become so during puberty but later they turned out to be erect most of the time and they gradually lost their sensitivity. When I was 18 they had ended up being almost always hard and completely numb.
