I understand that one of the firs tsigns of pregnancy are sore breasts. I am wondering, is it the entire breast? I seem to have some discomfort just around the nipples..I do have implants but somehow I do not believe that it would make a difference in this case.

This is second had information but I hope it helps. I have a few friends with implants who have recently had children. They had mixed responses to the sore breasts. Some just complained that thier nipples hurt and others complained that thier entire brests hurt. My best educated guess is that it just depends on the woman not the implant. When I got pregnant with my first son I only had nipple sensitivity. It wasn't till about the third month that my entire breast started to become painful. With my other 2 pregnancies and the one I am currently pregnant with it started as my entire breast and nipple sensitivity. So, I really think it varies from woman to woman. I don't think your implants would cause any problem or any difference.
