I'm always freaked out because i never know when my period is going to come. Are there any signs i can use to know?
well i can list you a couple that happen to me before mines...
1. Sore Breasts
2. Cramping
3. Headaches
4. Bloating
5. Heat Flashes
6. Vag Farts (I know disgusting)
7. Sudden Dryness (on vagina) or
8. More Discharge (then usual)
9. Back Pains
10. and Pain on your thighs
i experience all of these before my period... :-(
which also have to do with PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome)
