I'm good with everything but the Thanksgiving turkey, unless it turns out moist. If it's dry, it's not a pretty scene.
Why carve? Eating directly off the bone is so...so...primal. And it gets the job done without getting silverware dirty!!!

I prefer to buy chickens especially whole and carve them before cooking. Alot cheaper, you get the cuts you want, and a nice carcass for soup!!

I am only okay at it. It depends on the meat for me I guess. Mrs. Boiler likes here meat wafer thin and I just can't get as thin as she likes it. I guess she got spoiled by her dad.
