I am 15 and is 48 kilograms. I am quite skinny and so is my arms. What workout is suitable for me to build my chest, and especially arms and abs. And will it stunt my growth?
Only weight lifting in excess can cause the stunt in your growth, any kind of other exercise not only cannot cause a problem but is actually really healthy. Your weight is low to do any serious weight lifting so you shouldn't worry about that, for shoulders try seated side lateral delt raises with dumbbells, and for chest try chest presses. For abs I would recommend squats, push-ups and planking. Hope this helped.
