I have a lump in the right/front of my neck- it is not the lymph nodes behind my ear; when I feel it, it is sore, and swollen, and is right where my artery is pulsing. I'm afraid it is cancer. However, it has happened before, and went away. Please help!

you probably just have tonsilitis, which is just a swelling of your tonsils. Look in the mirror in your throat and see if you can see any swelling
