I am a 13 year old girl and i weigh 112kg, which is about 246pounds and i have exercised for 2 months and i only lost 1kg. But the problem is that i am on a diet but nothing i happening and i need to lose weight before i become a diabetic and my height is 173cm and apparently my doctor said i need to lose weight faster but im trying so hard. Does anyone know any quicker ways to lose weight???? please help me i beg you T,T
