Please tell me what wrong I am having bad sharp back lower in middle on right side n my right side nasuae all day long feel like I wanna throw up n can't dizzyness can't eat n spicy foods make me throw up lost weight weakness tired I just wanna cry when I lay in bed or on stomach it hurts worse
