My period is normally really irregular. But when it comes it comes. This month I spotted for two days. Only when I wiped and than it went away. No signs of it at all could this have been implantation bleeding and when can I take a test?

When your periods are REALLY irregular, it is VERY hard to conceive! And implantation spotting only happens here or there! I'm not saying it isn't implantation - and you would check about 14 days after this! BUT I am DEFINITELY thinking Ovarian Cysts - and the only way of finding out is via a transvaginal ultrasound - where they take an ultrasound through the vagina! Gives a better picture of the ovaries! MILLIONS of women around the world suffer from ovarian cysts - or chocolate cysts! And some outgrow it, others need to remove them via surgery or medications! So you need to check this out first! And they should get you on hormone therapy to help with the cysts! Please keep me informed!
