hello I'm 13 years old and I'm wondering if I have hit puberty I am really short only 4 foot 10 inches my voice has been cracking a lot! I have a good amount of hair on my legs and arms I have hair on my scrotum and above the penis not a lot tho I'm starting to grow a lot of hair above my lip I haven't grown at all tho in height or length on my penis... I get a lot of erections and have masterbated many,many,many times lol… but no sperm I have urges to masterbated tho have I hit puberty yet plz help I need to know

Yes you are in puberty. The pubic hair is a clear indicator.

You will be able to ejaculate soon. Not everything happens at once. You'll also start to grow faster, and your penis too. Frequent erections are normal.
