Hey, for some time no I have noticed something seemingly unussual about my left testical. Everything seemed OK for a while but then things started to get worse. I have made several self checks and my left testical seems much different than my right one, which is fine. My left testical feels as the the tubing of itself is unraveling and it is filling me with plenty of fear. Also i occasionally get pains coming from my left testical. I am 16 and i noticed this about a year or two ago. Please step me through this or give me some advice please.
I have never heard of anything like this, which only strengthens my fear. Plus i am to afraid to see a doctor yet...

GO SEE A DOCTER NOW!!!! it dosent matter what the f**k other people think. its your body and if sh**s hitting the fan you need to get it fixed

This, to me anyway, sounds like a VERICOCELE. (i am not a doctor) A VERICOCELE is a widening of the veins along the spermatic cord, this prevents blood from flowing properly causing blood to back up, causing swelling and widening of the vein. Essentially the same process that causes vericose veins in the legs.
They usually develop in men between the ages of 15 and 25 and most often seen on the left side of the scrotum. To a Doctor it would feel like a twisted mass along the cord. (like a bag of worms would feel)
If it hurts you at times, wear a jock strap or a pair of snug unders so you can keep your boys free from movement. This is usually harmless and often requires no treatment. In the event that surgery needs to be done, the outlook is always excellent.
It would not hurt you to make a call to your Doctor. What is going on with you (if that is what it is) is not a bad thing. You won't die from this.
Maybe your Doc can give you some helpful info over the phone. It wouldn't hurt if you let your mom and dad know what's going on either.
