Hello I've recently brought some dbol this is the end of my first week, I've been told it's best to take 50mg a day and I've been taking them in stages. 20 mg in the morning, 4-5 hours later another 20 and 4-5 hours after that 10mg. I was wondering whether it is going to be better 30 before workout and then 20 4-5 hours later, if so would there be a lot of chances for gyno side effects to appear. Any advice would be great please.
