I am 13 years old i can ejacate but i have been told this is not normal and it will like affect me in the future or something please help

Not sure what you were told but being able to ejaculate at your age is normal and it will not cause you any problems.
Sounds like you are developing just as you should be there is nothing to worry about.
Puberty can start as early as 11 for some and as late as 16 so for you to be in puberty at 13 and developing the way you everything is fine.
You are normal and developing properly the person who told you there was a problem is misinformed.
