Hey there, so at 13 it is not uncommon to not be able to ejaculate (cum) it all depends on how developed your body is..... have you started going through puberty at all? If so when did you start? When did you first start getting hair around your penis/and testicles (balls)?

Ok no worries your body is not quite mature enough to ejaculate yet.... the average time for a boy to have his first ejaculation is about 1 year after he starts getting pubic hair. It for some it happens a little sooner and others a little later.... what does this sticky stuff look like, how much is there and when do you get it?

So this sounds like pre-ejaculatory fluid (pre-cum) and is produced whenever you are sexually aroused, it's purpose is to act AS lubrication for sex and for some people masturbation.... it also flushed excess urine out of the urethra so that it does not kill sperm cells when they are ejaculated..... does this make sense?
