OK. So here goes. My last period was on the 6th of last month and ended on the 11th. I had unprotected sex on the 12th. I took the day after pill 24-48 hours after... 2 days into my late start i took an at-home pregnancy test and it said negative I'm now 4 days late. Through all of this I have gained more weight and im heavily stressed. I confirmed with the doc. 2 days ago that I'm not pregnant so what is the deal? I have felt nautious and now I am slightly spotting. I do not know what to do!! There is no breast tenderness. Oh! And also, I think I might have PID on top of this.. Someone please help

The doctor should have told you, a common side effect after using an emergency contraceptive (which you took in time by the way) is that your next SEVERAL periods can be early or late, they can be heavier or lighter than normal, you can have some "spotting" and also nausea.
It's unlikely you are pregnant and the test confirms that.
Why do you think you have a PID?
