You're mother doesn't need to know about your masturbation, that is a private issue. But as for sex you should definitely try and talk to your mom about it. If you are in grade school or early highschool you don't need to be talking to other boys about sex, one thing will lead to another and you'll be having the most awkward sex you can ever have. Trust me, it's not worth it, wait until you're older.
