I dont know whether i am experiencing implantation bleeding

i am current experiencing something that i think is implantation bleeding. let me tell you a little bit about me. We have been ttc for 6 months, but I have PCOS. I have been having regular periods since 2010. My last period was in January and was very heavy- a symptom of my PCOS I think. Then on 2nd Feb I bled heavy for 2 days. I have had no other period since then, but 2 days ago after I went to the toilet and when i wiped i have a clear CM with specs of blood. Since then on a few occasions I have had the same, I have had no blood on my underwear, just when I wipe. I have started to have frequent urination, all night and day! Also, I have started to get sore breasts but its like muscle pain behind my breasts. I have stomach cramps and am having a mix  of constipation and loose stools. Last week I felt pregnant but had a negative blood test. i took a urine test this evening and it was negative too. I dont know whether i am experiencing implantation bleeding and will hve to wait to do a test........any advice?? also, dont know if it matters but have been having very vivid dreams for the past 3 weeks!!
