iam so sorry for your pain.I also lost my job due to the same thing.I was a server at a country club making good money and taking care of my 4 kids.No one could keep up with me.Now I just sit in my rocking chair with a heating pad or in the bath crying.Iam so sad.I have no insurance and also no way to pay for the test.I will pray for you

Look into pelvic floor physical therapist. I suffer from constant pressure and tailbone pain. I can go months without issue then bam. It some of the modt painful things ever. My pt can normally get it to stop quick.

Ok I am 50yrs old male and for about two weeks I have been feeling like I have to have a BM even after I had a BM. Its like a constant pressure in my rectum as if there is something up there. I have no bloody stool and this is a 24/7 problem. I go in for a Colon cancer screening in two weeks. But as I seem to fear the worse I am wondering what this could be. I'm not over weight and only other issue I have is a grumbling stomach, there seems to be no pain just a feeling of being bloated at times. I have to strain a little to have a BM and when I do it alternates from slightly loose almost like diarrhea to solid stool. Is there any one who could help me out here?? Thanks

I soak in the tub when it happens at night and prevents sleep. It works but it's annoying to have to get out of bed.

Ask your Dr about endometriosis of the rectum or GI endometriosis... Irritable bowel is a made up term from lazy Dr's that couldn't be bothered to look further into their patients !

Endo is mis diagnosed as irritable bowel so is ovarian and colon cancer!

Hello! I have a similar problem, similar symptoms. I just had my colonoscopy but its all normal. Now, i tried to apply some heat padding around my tailbone area and stretching, squeezing my buttock? It helps to release the pressure. I was just wondering if you find anything coz i also really need help?
