I have been living with this for 5 years. I've seen every conceivable doctor. Nobody can identify what's causing it and its gotten nothing but worse. Some days the pain I unbearable .. I feel as though I constantly need to have a bowel movement. I'm going to have pelvic therapy next. It can't hurt. My entire quality of life has been affected. I cannot bear the thought of living the rest of my life this way

Digestion starts with liver. Take either bitters before a meal or take digestive enzymes. Sometimes we don't digest our food because after the age of 4o our digestive enzymes start to decline, and your colon was not meant to break down undigested food. Bitters choke bile from the liver that gets this process of going to the bathroom moving. If your liver is not doing that then it is difficult for perstalisis. to occur. Without that, the colon and the whole digestive system loses its elasticity. There are so many things that you can do to improve what is happening. Most of all , keep an open mind and be a private investigator because the answers or sometimes right under your nose, but sometimes that is not the case. So I start with simple remedies first, and those don't work I dig a little deeper. I am not a doctor but god knows I have had my share of problems that doctors haven't found 80 percent of the time, this dilemma has made me more resourceful but most of all I have learned not to be biased because if I am the problem doesn't get solved. More to share but I am on a quick break.

My deceased wife had this feeling - it was terrible. She died within 2 months of uterine cancer. As the tumor grew the pain increased.

It can be fixed all the way with cleaning parasites out of your intestines. Which comes with 100% diet. Meds do not fix the problem people..

Hey everyone..i'm a 29 y.o. brazilian male, and i've been having symptoms like these for 1 and a half years now..BUT..i came to understand one thing..if i have only 1 cup of coffee a day, only 1 cup of cocoa, eat only rice, beef, lettuce and carrot for lunch and dinner, and only 2 slices of bread a day, i get better..and i stay ok for as long as i respect those limits..sometimes i drink another cup of coffee on the afternoon..bad idea, i get ill for the rest of the week, really ill, like i just want to die..when i eaet pizza it's the same..but if i keep the good diet i'm just ok forever..i also walk +/- 1 hour a day, every day..

In some ways it sucks..i can't drink beer or any alcohol, or smoke marijuana or cigarretes..and i can't eat pizza or hot dog..or hamburger sandwich, french fries, etc..but i've come to learn that it's better to live on little than to suffer to the point i want to die

I have the pressure in rectum. Tried injections x3 for herniated disc, no relief, had lower back surgery, relief for back, but I still have pressure in rectum. My Gastroenterologist sent me for a defecagrapy, discovered I have a Rectocele. Scheduled for Rectocele repair. I'll let know how if it helped after my six weeks of recovery.

It could be an anal fissure. That's what mine was. It's basically a small cut.

Just wondering if anyone had any luck with this?

I feel the constant pressure in my rectum and my stomach is bloated, started a week ago. I burp more but doesn't pass gas from rectum as much despite the urge to.  I would like to think my rectal pressure/pain is due to bloated stomach and gases but from my research most people who has bloated gasy stomach doesn't feel retal pressure so not sure if remedies targeting at getting rid of the gas helps.

I do not have problems with bowel movement. No other health issues.

Sounds like a C Diff infection. It develops in the gut and oftentimes as a result of taking an antibiotic. Call your doctor asap.
