For about a month now I have felt like I am pregnant. I have been before, and a lot of the symptoms are the same. My last pregnancy I had a lot of bloating, extreme fatique, headaches, bad nausea and indegestion. Now, I know all pregnancys are different from pregnancy to pregnancy so i probably wouldnt have all the same exact symptoms. My problem is, my last period was 8/15/09 which is way earlier than usual. I usualy get it around the 20 or 21st. I had unprotected sex and I am not on an birth control, I had sex on 8/5,6or7/09. I can't exactly remember. but my period came early and it was just like a regular period for about a day, then the next day it stopped and half way through the day it came back with just spotting. Light pinkish and brown color, with no distinctive smell of a period. That lasted about a day and a half to 2 days. I was concerned, so I read up on it. I thought for sure it was implantation bleeding. So I waited about a week and took a HPT and it was negative, I waited a few more days and negative again. I just figured I didn't wait long enough for the pregnancy hormones to be strong enough. So i figured I would wait and see if i would miss my period. (which I thought I would for sure!) Now here is my problem! I just woke up today (9/6/09) and to find out, I have my period. It's now even earlier than last month. Im still having pregnancy sypmtoms and I dont know what is going on. I've read that some women still get their period while pregnant, but I keep thinking that probably would'nt happen to me. If anyone could help me with any thing you know please do! I am so confused!

its very difficult to say on the basis of just wat you said...it sounds like pregnancy for me...i have seen few females who got their urine pregnancy tests negative,had regular periods of longer time with pregnancy!! either you wait some more time or get an ultrasound done!!!hope it helped you!

Thank you for your input. I got my "period" yeasterday on the 6th. It stopped today on the 7th. why would it be so short? It comes early and only for about 1-2 days. I woke up with a UTI Sunday morning and when I went to the doctor I asked for a pregnancy test. It came up negative but she said it could have been because of the AZO i was taking for the UTI. They werent very helpful so I dont know.

:-) Hi.I just read your issue that your dealing with.I just wanted to tell you that everyone has a different oppinion regarding everything on pregnancy and they each believe that theirs is the right one.BUT every single persons body handles evrything different,what may be abnormal for this one,may be totally normal for the next.My daughter in law recently had the most precious baby girl.healthy as can be.SHE did have her period as before her preg,the entire nine months.however,my sister began bleeding and unfortunately she lost hers.I myself,never ever once had any sign whatsoever of any light,pink,nor anything else. And so,I say again sweetie,EVERYONES body is different.It's very important for you to see your doctor,if thats not an option for whatever reasons,research on the web for local free clinics, they are confidential and this way you know absolutely,positively,exactly what is going on with you.oh,by the way i was thinking about the hptests.I all three of my preg. took every home preg t.known available.they evry single one.everyone,said negative.I was three months pregnant and still,neg..we have the HCG hormone and mine is very very low.too low to detect preg on home test or even my dr's urine test.believe it or not,the first blood test was also....NEG..But I knew.one night i got very sick,high fever and went to emerg room.had a virus,but they did a blood test and only a week since the first blood test.POSITIVE.I just knew.the doctor said that my body has abnormally low levels of HCG hormone which detects preg,with urine test.again..everyone is diff.just wanted u to consider that.but please do go to some licensed pyhsician so you are certain to give yourself the best possible health care,and for a child if indeed you are preg.good luck and let me know what happens.don't wait.go and be seen.lol
