My girlfriend and I had sex, we used a condom and I am well aware how to put on a condom properly and I pulled out before I ejaculated to be extra safe since then she's had 1 period but a week after her period she threw up and now she's due today but still hasn't started is she pregnant

A properly used condom is VERY effective.
She can sometimes just be late. It's very early for there to have been any symptoms of pregnancy.
Have her wait a week to 10 days. If still no period by then she should take a home pregnancy test using her first morning (wake up) urine.
