I had my implant removed

Hi I had my implant out a week ago I haven't had any periods yet. But I keep getting flutters in my belly every now again my stomach seems to be getting big I can't stop weeing and feel sick. I had sex a couple of days before I had my implant out. I have done a pregnancy test it came back negative but I not sure if I have done it to early.
