i just found out that iv got a hernia which as been there since i gave birth to my son 2 years ago im always bloated an find it real hard to use my bowles sometimes not useing them for 5 days at a time could the hernia be the reason for this??? please help me it really gets me down i dont even want to go out the house at times because i cant even fit in to my pants
