multivitamins can really f**k you up. you barely absorb any vitamins thats in the pill, and since the vitamin is not in its natural environnement it doesnt exerce its benefits, barely at all. youre pissing almost all your pill out.
i once was 165 lbs, now down to 120 lbs.
id suggest continuing drinkin lots of water (i did and still do) , how about incorporating fiber in your diet? nothing makes you lose weight like natural fiber & protein (nice the egg whites)
how bout fruits? ive lost A LOT of weight by incorporating a lot of fruits, whole grain and vegs and walking at least 15 min in my everyday life.
the thing about weight loss and keeping it off is that it is not a diet , it is a lifestyle. gotta make major but not drastic changes once you lose the weight.

herbs , spices, fiber protein whole grains and exercise can all help you to lose weight.
you should favor getting your vitamins from natural (NOT PROCESSED) sources rather than getting a pill if you want to be healthy AND lose weight.

I am happy that you have lost weight, however I do need to say that I am ;pretty worried that you have gone to less than 300 cals a day as this could be very dangerous x
