I am 17yo and i have a red spot on my penis for quite a few years( 4-5 years for sure).It is 100% that this spot is not from sexual activity.It never hurted me or had a wound or anything else.The spot is about 0,5cm wide, 0,25cm tall and it has an oval like shape.I'd never noticed it to get bigger or it grew very very slightly so i couldn't notice it.Its colour is soft red and inside it on the top left side there is a really small dark red spot( it's not even 1x1 mm)
Do you think it's something serious?
Can you suggest me ways to make it dissapear?(if there are any)
