Hi Nat, Its not really that weird that you can't actually orgasm through fingering as not many woman can from just that!
I would say try some clitoral stimulation starting off slowly and as the feeling build in a bit harder and faster and you can finger and rub your gspot to at the same time if you want, always make sure though that your finger and clit are wet or your get sore and that won't be nice.
