I have begin on these tablets since 27th of July 2015 and had my last one on the 9th August 2015, I gave servere pains but no actual period, I just wanna know when I'm goin start it's kind of doing my head in now

Did you period come? I can't off 30 days ago, had withdrawl bleed and have had period pains for over a week but no period. I only took borer historians for 2 weeks. It seems to have really messed me up. I was very ill when I stopped taking them and now this :(
Yea mine too. We are ttc nurse said I wouldn't have a normal cycle for a couple of months. I can't believe it has this much affect on your body after taking it for such a short amount of time. I just want to hear that someone had same symptoms and when they were back to normal!!
I stopped taking Norethistone on Monday, got my period by Thursday but it's Sat and I think my period is done? Is that normal? Anyone experienced that?
Yes that's your withdrawal bleed. I have had period/ pregnancy symptoms for over a week. (Pregnancy test is negative). Stopped notethisterone 4 weeks ago. Had withdrawal bleed then no period since. This seems to be common but very annoying!
So when my period is due on the week of the 21st of Sept, it might not come??

From what I can gather, after trawling the Internet for many days now (!) notethisterone- no matter how long you've taken it for, can really mess up your body. Lots of women have commented saying their cycles were very irregular for a couple of months. One person said she waited 6 weeks for her period to come.
I'm having a similar issue- I had my implant removed 5 weeks ago and went straight into norethisterone 5ng (I had been taking these throughout having been the implant as I bled non-stop which is why I had it removed) I bled when I had my implant removed for a few days and since then I haven't bled for 4 weeks- assuming my period would have come on Thursday 24th. I stopped taking norethisterone on fri25th... It's not tues 29th and still no period- not even a withdrawal bleed. I did a pregnancy test which was negative but I'm becoming really worried that I still haven't had a bleed- I'm wondering if it may be a lasting effect from the implant as I've read that this can delay your period for weeks but I don't know if this is the case? can anyone help?
I've been taking it for 5 months and have just come off it - took 4 days before I bled. I've no idea how long or how heavy it will be...hard to find any info online and my consultant was extremely vague about what to expect.
I have been taking it for 3 months and just started my withdrawal bleed, how long did yours last for and was it really heavy? I can start my tablets again tomorrow after a 7 day break for another 3 months. I have felt great whilst on them , just cant cope with this heavy flooding bleed
Dont get the mirena. Ive had 7 weeks constant bleeding on it-terrible moods and severe Lower back pain. And now after removal i have heavy blood loss and horrific clots. Was only fitted for heavy periods- worse thing i ever did!
