My skin is fair. But the lines are dark lines.They look like dirt but ive tried scrubbing so hard and cleaning it well. It makes no difference. The dark skin in also on my knee cap. Please help because i am really embarrassed about this. What do i need to do to get rid of it and how much would it cost? PLEASE HELP ASAP I WILL BE TRULY GRATEFULL
