Hi, I am 20 year old male. About 5 months ago i have finished a course of tianeptine treatment for depression wich was for treating Irritable bowel syndrome, along with that i had taken stilnox for sleeping issues, prescribed by doctor. Had a little drug mix when a accidentally used salmeterol. Also I had taken a course motillium for better bowl function and duspatalin for IBS. after 4-5 months i have started to notice that my urine had become unclear, sometimes it was normal sometimes it was cloudy. Along with that i since then till now i am experiencing erectile dysfunction, such as difficulty maintaining erection and getting aroused along and ONLY along with disability to feel any sensation, orgasm. In another way watching a pornography is like watching a documentary to me. Some time it gets better, but not as the way as it used to. Plus most of the time I feel a slight burning sensation when I'm urinating at the beginning of the process and it's slightly difficult to urinate. Feel this slight pressure somewhere bellow the bladder.
My only bad habit is smoking, and taking a cup or two of coffee every other day. Alcohol consumption is very rare. My doctor said that the ED is from anti-depressants, I have read that it is possible and that the recovery may take up to half a year, and since half a year has passed, other then that i have no symptoms. Should I be worried ?
P.S. Also I have slightly elevated bilirubin levels presumably gilbert's syndrome, therefore my urine may be cloudy.
P.S.S. Please don't pick on my english, since it's not my mother-tongue.
