i have gotten into anal sex about a year ago and the last couple of times i think i have torn my rectum. had some blood afterwords and going the the bathroom was painful for about a week. researched and i need to let heal for a long period. my quesiton is will it do this now every time i have anal sex since is has happend once? i know that i need to loose it up with play and lube before and that helps but now sure if is will always continue to happen every time i do anal. let me know.

This has happened to me a lot to just rest for a bit in the anal area and having anal again should become less pain free defo try lubes and mabye something small before in steering the penis that's always helps :)
