hi

im male , 24 , single .
i have mucoid stool since 1 month , and pain in my lower extremities muscle , swelling over my male organ (very small and it pains when i touch it ) and white tounge .
my stool exam is normal but there is (dysbacteriosis) .
my S T D`blood exam is normal .

please help in diagnosis .
