so the inner lip part of my vagina,, I only have one.... on my right side, the left is bare like the outer lip straight to the actual vagina hole....... will the other one grow? or am I stuck like this forever? (I'm 15 and got my first period like half a year ago)

Well, all women have different shape, size and texture "down there" - some have one bigger lip and the other barely noticeable - so, uneven size is not uncommon. Men don't notice it, rarely matters at all. Unless of course your boyfriend is a gynec, he will just remark on unequal size - that's about it. Lip size and texture don't matter during sex
